Het &#8220;Steven Trippenmakersgoed&#8221; dit heet nu de Trippenmaker. Dit was een oude boerderij die we al in het jaar 1547 in de geschiedenisboeken tegenkomen. Aan het begin van 1900 was deze boerderij en de gronden in het bezit van de heer A.J.C Vitringa uit Harderwijk. Hij richtte een modelboerderij en een vee-fokstation op. In de eerste wereldoorlog diende de boerderij als slachtplaats. In de jaren 30 is de Trippenmaker in gedeelten verkocht.
