Oorspronkelijk maakte het deel uit van &#8220;Huize Hulshorst&#8221; dat in 1941 werd afgebroken. Van de oorspronkelijke bebouwing resten slechts het koetshuis en de uit 1870 daterende tuinmanswoning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 1921\/1922 werd het koetshuis, aanvankelijk bedoeld als garage, gebouwd. Later kreeg het de functie van tuinmanswoning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na verschillende functies in de loop der jaren, werd het Koetshuis in 2009 omgebouwd tot een prachtige trouw-, feest- en vergaderlocatie. Vandaag de dag is het een offici\u00eble trouwlocatie van de gemeente Nunspeet en biedt het een unieke setting voor diverse evenementen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het Koetshuis is gelegen op Landgoed Hulshorst, dat nog steeds de status van landgoed heeft binnen de gemeente Nunspeet. De prachtige ligging midden in de Veluwse bossen maakt het een populaire locatie voor huwelijken, feesten en zakelijke bijeenkomsten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het Koetshuis begon ooit als huis met een zolder.
